Gonna weigh in on #StarCitizen item loss balance. The pendulum has swung too far. Lore suggests that regeneration isn't perfect, so let's give armor and weapons a set chance of dropping as loot and not regenerating, depending on quality/tier. Both sides compromise. Thoughts?.
