yes I'm always like this
But it's not "so bad it's good" good. It's actually "good" good. Timing impecible. Well written. Great concept. I can't think of a better performance from a sports person in an advert

AGAINST ALL ODDS, MAX VERSTAPPEN TAKES POLE POSITION AT THE AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX!
Incredible lap, looked like pole was going to Ferrari all weekend but Max once again made the difference.
This was a genuine life or death situation. Haunting radio from Russell and exactly the right radio call from him. This is exactly the sort of situation that kills drivers. I can't think of a better reason for an immediate red
Red flag WAS required. VSC instructions came after the incident point. He approached Russell under yellows
Yellow ahead Russell off to (at) 6
yellow ahead
yellow ahead
yellow ahead
Danger he's in the track
Danger
(urgent voice) be careful CAREFUL CAREFUL
VSC delta positive
Here's that scene from the Ferrari movie I was complaining about with Joe. The car has all but stopped before it's the kerb.. then the magic happens
I feel like seeing this first will help because I nearly turned it off at this point
🚨 | Mercedes are unsure how to develop the W15:
"We're trying to design some experiments there [in Melbourne].
"That will hopefully give us a direction that's good for performance."
For those defending Alonso, are you saying you're happy with drivers slowing twice before a corner? I honestly just want to clarify for next time. Are you saying that it's ok to slow so much on the approach that you need to speed up again and then also brake at the corner??
I get this many downloads on my F1 podcast and I won't take pictures of your drivers in the bathroom. Please invite me to your fancy things and I'll increase my positivity towards your team/driver/venue/nation by 37%. Our listeners know my principles are for sale and support it
It might be perfectly reasonable to ask him to sit out a race and have a bit of a think about what he's doing. It may even be a safety issue if he's just not paying attention. The safety car periods aren't safe if he's not watching the cars ahead

, Carlos Sainz is confirmed as 2025 Red Bull candidate! 😮🔥🌶️
Christian Horner explained that all options – including Sainz – will be evaluated.

I freely admit that my disappointment is a factor in my tweets there but it just feels like a lot of these calls go this way. Coincidences DO happen and it's easy to anomaly hunt and to see a tiger in the bush when it's just the wind. I'm just saying.. that bush moves a lot
⭐️ Lewis Hamilton is delighted with his Mercedes car at Suzuka.
"It's the best the car has felt this year so far" 💬
More from the seven-time world champion ⤵️
The grooved tyre era of F1 is hands down the best era of F1. It was a time when F1 recognised that increasing amounts of cornering speed and grip was actually bad. Stop chasing lap time. Reduce grip. Reduce downforce. You're welcome
In a small country pub and there's randomly a lad here that I used to play cricket with in 1994. I liked him. He's fun. We were friends. But he doesn't seem to recognise me, and as a 43 year old man, I'll always take the opportunity to not have a conversation if that's an option.…
I feel like the least probable option is that Horner AND Max Verstappen BOTH remain at Red Bull
Both sides have released incompatible statements saying, "We've discussed it on our side and we've decided that we have won"
But I don't think they can both win. One is going
Australian GP race review downloads dwarfing the previous 2 rounds. A non-Verstappen win was a much needed shot in the arm if I'm honest. People were/are reaching their limit on the current domination (as admirable as it is)
Hamilton says to Sky he made "massive changes" to the car setup to experiment after the sprint.
Hamilton: "I’ll give it my best shot. 18th is pretty bad. When I was making the setup changes, I was like, it can’t get any worse, surely, and it did! Shit happens."

If you were saying that Ferrari were wrong to replace Sainz with Hamilton based on two decent results for Sainz, then I'd love to hear what you're thinking at the moment. I'm not saying you're wrong, just wondering if the sprint q and race have moved the needle for you?
A lenient penalty, all but endorses, using your car as a weapon if you feel a bit angry. You can definitely do it once if you don't mind a slap on the wrist.
The incident that brought Practice to a premature end 🚩
Nikola Tsolov has received a three-place grid drop, with the Stewards determining that his actions, while unintended, caused a collision that was completely avoidable.

If I had a pound for every time Max had an issue, George DNFs in the last laps and Carlos wins a race, id have two pounds.
Which isn't a lot but it's weird it's happened twice.
Is it libel if something is stated in the context of seeking legal advice on how best to express one's utter disappointment and exasperation around a situation? Any advice appreciated, you guys are really helping me out. Try not commit crimes within your advice though
I don't want to engage in hyperbole but waking up before 4am to watch the race from the UK is exactly as brave and stoic as this brave night guarding whatever valley that is. Everyone who normally watches live but opts out is scared and worthless like a cowardly banana or a prune…
I don't even think Albon was 'making a move'. Ricciardo is slow out of that corner. The gap ahead increases and the cars behind close. He'd also been slow and lost ground throughout the all the opening corners

This was "The Shed" studio when we viewed the house. The owner's rabbits also lived in it. We created a soundproofed acoustically treated space on a shoe string. Walls had mass and space. Nearly completely sound proof. Left over carpet tiles inside on the walls as acoustic…

This was in response to what the people on tele were saying the rules were. Looks clear to me now that that rule changes track to track and that it was the initial call that was wrong. In which case, justice was served for Norris, who incorrectly had a blinding lap deleted
Fernando Alonso is going to stay in F1 until at least 2026 😱
When I retired from Formula 1 I knew I needed a break from the incredible pressure which came with racing, testing and traveling all the time. Now we have 24 races, and I usually raced with only 16 races each year..
