(Last thing).Drug cartels and aggression by the Venezuelan government towards Guyana (a CARICOM founding member) are problems that worry all Caribbean countries. What KPB has said is shallow, selfish, and displays a lack of foresight and attitude that goes against CARICOMs ideals.
