You understand I was dropped off at the wrong location. But, @dkhos, your people think I should pay to be taken to the wrong location. Never been to this city and relied on the app. All I need is a refund for going to the wrong address.

Notice E James is not James. The first one is the wrong address which came up in the app. I had to get to the right address.

Please help, @dkhos! I'm not sure why @Uber_Support wants me to pay to be taken to the wrong address in the middle of the night. Is it AI or what? Of course -- I added to the trip, I was in the middle of no where after 12 am. Please give me the refund deserved. Last post.

I received a support reply that I am not getting a refund for being taken to the wrong stop because of an Uber error. It seems that there is no understanding of the problem. I did not want to be taken to the middle of no where before my hotel. How can I have this escalated?
