All of Delhi's 37 STPs failed to meet required parameters after an inspection this year. The fecal coliform levels after treatment were over 300 times permitted. The same water goes to the Yamuna. Importantly, DPCC cleared these same STPs after its tests. https://t.co/OHXIz7Ox8t

Despite a cage being set up in July, and teams being deployed by the Delhi Forest and Wildlife department. Officials were not able to rescue and translocate it. In fact, residents were asked for "proofs and footage of camera capture".
