I had a seizure out running today and there was no less than 10 strangers who stopped, aided me when I was unconscious, then stayed with me until I came to and paramedics arrived. You’re totally dependent on the help of others in these situations. I’m very grateful to them. 🙏🏻

On the back of the Tour Down Under I underwent surgery on Tuesday to have three basal cell carcinomas, a type of skin cancer, removed from my face. On the day three skin cancers became six, an eight-hour procedure and, yeah, I’ve felt and looked better.
