Only one former Tour de France winner has ever died during the month of July. Octave Lapize died on Bastille Day in 1917. A year when the Tour didn't take place because of the First World War - the reason Lapize died. He was a fighter pilot and was shot down

This boda-boda on the Kyanja- Kisasi road Number UEU 497T is carrying guys with AK-47's - the Kalashnikov. One guy is hooded and just looks wrong. Is that kind of gun standard security-guard issue? H.E @KagutaMuseveni banned hoods but the traffic officer at Kisasi ignored this..
