and for the record, i'm not touching any other problematic element about this book lmfao. i think a lot of ppl have valid concerns/issues w various elements of the books genesis, acquisition and existence. i'm only speaking to clarify the AI bit.

i'm probably gonna regret wading into this discourse but: Del Rey (the imprint that published Alchemised) has a no AI clause in their contract. i get the concern but lots of people are speculating on things for which they do not have enough knowledge to be speculating.
