This handsome Cooper’s hawk was perched high atop a tree in Wickham Park in Melbourne, Fla. this morning. These hawks feed mainly on other birds and most likely was hunting for prey. It didn’t seem to be very concerned about my presence. #Birding

I was 32 when we bought our first house. Under that clueless dolt’s plan we would’ve been paying on it until I was 82 and would’ve paid about 60% more interest (aka more profit for the mortgage company) than I paid for that 30-year mortgage. What a joke.
