Last night, George returned to join our team after long needed hip surgery. George is our audio engineer. I first met him as a young wrestler in TNA & I’m proud to call him not only a colleague, but a friend!. Welcome back George!

Hard to believe this was 20 years ago. What a ride it’s been.
It's been nearly 20 years to the day that I was at the MLW WarGames show where @SonjayDutterson did this one. I expect to see someone do it tonight on Dynamite, but I doubt anybody in that match has the athletic ability of Sonjay who can no doubt still do this right now as needed

On a positive note, I spent some time with an amazing seat mate on my 1st flight. Mary, 78, who is on her way to visit every country in the world. She’s at 170 countries currently. Mary had some amazing stories, we shared a great conversation. What a pleasure!.

Jan. marks the 5th anniversary of surgery to repair my achilles tear. That moment was also when I decided my in ring career had to sadly end. Very tough decision that transformed my life & who I was. Looking back, those 5 yrs have been more fulfilling than I could have thought.

It’s hard to put into words how much Sabu meant to me. Seeing him wrestle for the first time in the mid-’90s completely changed my outlook. For so long, I wanted nothing more than to be like him. I tried to emulate him early on—but there was only one Sabu. 1/2.

After dealing with a myriad of shoulder issues for the better part of the last 2 decades, I started my journey to get fixed. Last wk, I underwent surgery, receiving a reverse total shoulder replacement. Been extremely taxing mentally/physically, but I’m so excited for my future!.

Three years ago today, life dramatically changed when my father passed away. I miss him terribly and wish he was still around to see my kids growing up. He was the biggest wrestling fan and I’m sure he’s still watching my shenanigans. ❤️
