Active Ants had an amazing time with the RSPB. We used different instruments to help find and look at a variety of mini beasts, flowers and trees. We also used binoculars to look at the different birds flying around.

We were very fortunate to have a visit from the RSPB today who taught us all about different types of birds, trees, flowers and mini beasts. We were taught how to catch creatures properly, how to identify them and how to release them back into their habitat. #learningisfun

EYFS have had a great start to their ‘Ready, Steady, Grow’ term. This week we’re looking at healthy foods, so we’ve been cutting, smelling, grating, chopping and juicing lots of fruit and veg. We been made fresh orange and lemon juice. Yummy.
