Different Gravy is an awesome name for a horse. Terrific to see name not wasted on a dud!

IMHO Shatin on Saturday is not ideal. WEB needs to reconsider the Aussie punter & their patterns 🤣🤣🤔🤔

I’ve been lucky enough to achieve some amazing things in this game but last week tops them all. The Ryder cup means a lot to me and to have to opportunity to hole that putt to retain the cup on Sunday was a privilege. I love the lads on this team and love being a part of it.

Refreshing to see trainers association focussing on what punters want. Well played Troy

New @austrainers president Troy Corstens is taking a collegiate approach to the representative body, declaring he wants the organisation to work with rather than fighting against other factions of the racing industry. 📰 https://t.co/8PFdWODo3H

2025 CP! The system needs review. Races should be assessed on the actual rating returned not the peak figure later in the prep. It’s preserving the status of inferior races.

Serious ratings flaw is horses PEAK ratings each preparation are applied to all races rather than actual rating for the race in question. So Via Sistina’s 2026 CP rating will be the relevant rating for the Makybe. System is a joke & reason why so many lead in grp1’s retain status

A moment of silence for New Zealand motorsport icon Tim Miles Tim was a keen racer and a pivotal figure in Supercars as a corporate advisor and former team owner. He sadly passed away on Sunday

Agree 100% with Kane, dreadfully inconsistently applied rule, time to admit you made a meal of it AFL and move on. Typical over complicating of a simple game

If you want to know the character of D. Wayne Lukas: Every time Wayne won a race, on his way to the winners circle he’d pick a couple kids out from the crowd and bring them to the winners circle. Thinking of Wayne, his family, and friends after this heartbreaking news today.

From yesterday: “The Coach” D WAYNE LUKAS (cowboy hat) with a youngster he picked from the crowd after winning Saturday’s eighth race at @OaklawnRacing. Wayne brings kids to the winners circle after every race he wins to try to give kids a special experience at the track.

How does Qantas still not have Wi-Fi on flights? What decade are we living in here… Australia apparently one of the ‘wealthiest’ countries on earth, Wi-Fi on flights is too much though $QAN.AX

Is there any danger a QAN international flight could take off on time. The worst airline on the planet & wifi still too challenging to provide. The Joyce destruction of brand continues

@streetruffian The costs of racing are the major tipping point. It has gotten to a point where many owners have had enough. Paying $150+ per day to race at provincials relying on average jockeys on poorly designed/maintained tracks is not a recipe for longevity!

@WolfdenApp Melbourne ring betting 100% easy. Only a couple of corps betting better occasionally, with opinions. But then that requires going to the races. Never seen WOLFDEN guys there.
