بونتلاند تحتاج إلى تحول وتغيير شامل، بدءاً من القطاعات المهمة مثل التعليم والصحة والصناعة.. إلخ، وصولاً إلى جوانب الحياة اليومية كالأزياء والطعام والرياضة.
هذا التغيير لن يتحقق إلا بتقليص دور الحكومة ليقتصر فقط على (الأمن وحماية مصالح المواطنين) وضمان مشاركة الجميع.
