I hear ya. My 79yo Dad had a bad fall a year ago and now uses a mobility scooter and is frail. I get exhausted after even a few hours helping tend to him. Got the biggest admiration for full time carers and all that they do with little recognition. Unsung heroes for sure ❤

On my old Twitter account, I used to stupidly get drawn into responding to abusive, derogatory or goading tweets I rcvd from anti-SNP/pro-Union accounts.
Nowadays, I simply block and move on. Far more satisfying than getting drawn into a virtual bun fight ❤️
