The big question is why are St Mirren constantly being on the wrong end of poor decisions. Points are precious and we are being shafted.

Last week, Glasgow Labour were publicly crowing about the UK Government riding to our rescue with new funding. Yesterday, they found out the reality is it strips millions from the council's budget & many projects we support. The change they promised looks more like short change
Our first motion is on Pride in Place — a £5 billion UK Labour Government programme putting power and investment back into local communities. Glasgow will receive up to £40 million plus £1.5 million for community-led improvements. Real change, delivered by Labour.

Wow all Saints day it was indeed. Huge congratulations to St Mirren on winning the semi final today. Pam was my gorgeous wee lucky mascot today and will 100% have to go to the final. We both had a superb day out and of course loved the result.

Yesterday the Council neighbourhood officer and I met to highlight areas needing attention in North Pollok. We have taken these issues back to the council to action asap.

Both myself and our neighbourhoods officer held a site visit at Lyoncross Road and Linthaugh Road yesterday. I have reported the condition of the road surface and I have requested a site visit with the councils roads director to highlight the areas in need of attention.

Labour ducked the chance to end the two-child cap. The SNP didn’t. We’ll keep fighting until every child grows up free from poverty. Remember: The SNP is scrapping the two-child cap in Scotland from March 2026.
