It was a pleasure to attend the refurbishment open day at Craigton Crematorium, Glasgow in Cardonald. Craigton is one of the oldest crematoria in Scotland, having conducted its first service on 30th September 1957. Huge thanks to all the staff for taking time to show us around.

It was amazing to attend the Cardonald Community Funday run and organised by Include Me 2 Club. With over 3000 visitors the event was a suberb success and the weather was awesome. Huge thanks to the 30 plus stall holders, food trucks and staff for making this such a success.

More reporting around Penilee today. Potholes and loose kerb stones on Rylees Road. Although we are currently on recess myself and Cllr McSporran will continue to report issues around the ward.

Back in Penilee today and the gullies at Honeybog Road, Clavens Road, Gleddoch Road, Kelhead Drive and selvieland have been reported. I have asked that the weeds be removed and one of our clean up teams be deployed to the area.
