Hot take: this is fine. 10Gbit cables require more shielding and are thus, thicker and less flexible. Most consumers are unlikely to ever plug their phone in for data transfer and would prefer a more malleable cable.
iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max doesn’t include the USB 3.2 cable in the box that supports the faster transfer speeds.
