The @SamsungUK support function is absolutely awful. Book a repair, it says! Sure, I’d love to…. As I sit and stare at the spinning wheel of doom for 15 minutes whilst nothing loads.

My niece & her children went to @Butlins Minehead last week & it was horrendous!!! Most things closed & their accommodation was Disgusting & I'm sure broke many Health & Safety Laws (which we'll be looking into)! Their onsite "Customer Service" non existent 😡

Absolutely appalled that @SamsungUK can’t supply a part for a TV that is only 5 years old, rendering it absolutely useless and now in need of replacement. Discontinued, apparently, despite the engineer stating it’s a ‘common issue as soon as the units pass 5 years’. Disgusting.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam! My wifi suddenly can’t make it around my small house. It’s been absolutely fine for a long time. I’ve followed all of the steps online but this hasn’t resolved anything and I have a mini box I cannot use as the wifi cannot reach. Can you help?

If you can avoid having to deal with BOOST POWER, part of @OVOEnergy, then you should. They have messed my mother around consistently. ‘You have a debt’ / ‘your debit is cleared’ / ‘you have a debt’ Shes on a key meter. They messed up. Their comms are awful. @EnergyOmbudsman

Paying for @SkyUK multi-room and mini boxes and then having to watch itvx because the box can’t cope connecting back from one room away is utterly infuriating. Time to downgrade or cancel at this rate.

Hi @Specsavers! I’m constantly getting deliveries of damaged contact lenses. Either ripped, folded or raggedy at the edges like they’ve been corrugated! Sometimes it’s one lens in a pack for three months, leaving me a month short. Sometimes two or three. Is this a common issue?
