This paper is an outstanding contribution finally demonstrating what many of us have long known “EEA for sinonasal cancers has lower risks of complications than conventional craniofacial approaches. There were no significant differences in OS and progression-free survival

Previous studies on sinonasal cancers often had open and endoscopic cohorts that were mismatched for the degree of skull base/intracranial extension. We did this study to understand the impact of approach selection on outcomes matching for anatomic extent. @MDAndersonNews
