Another example on the lack of recognition of provision, support & value ITP’s have on post-16 education. ITP’s not only offer 16-19 provision nationally but offer a hyper-local, niche, community rich curriculum when college or level 3 routes are not suitable! @educationgovuk
Very disappointing that this has only been expanded to include statutory FE providers and not all providers who provide vital 16-19 provision like independent training providers who support over 35k young people in classroom based provision each year @GillianKeegan @LukeHall
