The town of Castlerea is waking up to devastating news this morning. Flowers have been left at a garda cordon. It was beyond here where a Detective Garda was shot dead last night.
My father has been playing music since he was teenager. He’s played with showbands and wedding bands, he’s sang at funerals, birthdays and christenings. Tonight he went live on Facebook to try and lift the spirits. Just amazing 💕
