Proud moment today! Providing key recommendations on long-term outcome recording for #IHFD2025 is a direct impact of #HipFORGE and the work of so many clinical champions who I’ve had the privilege to work with over the last 5 years+. Excited for what can be achieved in 2026 💪

Congrats @kirrabrean on the launch of the 2022/2023 ESD annual report. Wonderful work being done by all of the ESD teams nationally. Such an amazing service for stroke patients.
Early Supported Discharge (ESD) enables people who have had an acute stroke to return home faster while continuing to receive expert stroke support and rehabilitation. Over 800 people availed of this in 2023 but there are more teams needed #worldstrokeday

Thanks Siobhán for being such a wonderful advocate for stroke 💪.
🗣️ “When I tried to speak, there was nothing, no words were formulating… so I knew something was wrong.” Former Dublin footballer Siobhan McGrath suffered a stroke at 34. She’s backing the HSE’s “Every Second Counts” campaign, which highlights how fast action can save lives.
