Proud moment today! Providing key recommendations on long-term outcome recording for #IHFD2025 is a direct impact of #HipFORGE and the work of so many clinical champions who I’ve had the privilege to work with over the last 5 years+. Excited for what can be achieved in 2026 💪

Early Supported Discharge (ESD) enables people who have had an acute stroke to return home faster while continuing to receive expert stroke support and rehabilitation. Over 800 people availed of this in 2023 but there are more teams needed #worldstrokeday https://t.co/XH72XNBGkj
