Getting winter flu vaccine is an effective way to reduce the risk of stroke..But we could do more-RZV, Shingles etc we should have a vaccination schedule for older people like we have for children @Irishheart_ie

A subject close to my heart thank you @ellamcsweeney - please keep our dogs out of rivers..Their "One Spot" tick treatment is toxic to river insect life on which all river wildlife depends..this canine chemical is now found in many rivers @ellamcsweeney
