More bad customer service @AmazonKDP.
@AmazonKDP absolutely horrified at the way you have treated me. 72 ortho copies never arrived never got delivered marked as lost. I have chased and chased and chased it and now 30 days has gone. You won’t give me a refund. You have dragged your feet. I am short of £267.84.

Appalling customer services @TritonShowers. Book an engineer call for 8 to 1 on Monday. Send a text message at 1559 on Friday to say call cancelled as the goods haven't arrived. The office shuts at 1600 so I can't speak to anyone. This was ordered at beginning of week.
