I don't follow a religion - but glad to see you share my concerns about how easily people can be won over to murderous beliefs against a different group.
I wrote an extensive essay at high school on the markers of Fascism, how a populace can be willingly won over to its more murderous facets. Organised religions such as the type @SimonCourtACT etc follow is a key component that allows race based murder to occur.
