Right on the money. I hate seeing vendors peddling zero trust as a product. It’s just incorrect. And I hate when people ask what product did we use to implement zero trust. There isn’t one, and it requires technology as well as operations to actually work.
Zero Trust is the figurative and literal result of what happens when a term becomes pop culture and abused as a silver bullet vs the realization that it’s lots of silver buckshot & like its namesake, isn’t particularly accurate depending on what you’re aiming at.
