At #ECP21 and can’t help but notice how many kick-ass women there are among the new cohort of personality psychologists. Such a different vibe to 20 yrs ago, so incredible to see. This cohort (all genders) seems determined to push things forward. The field is in great hands.

I’m a year late, but I finally read this paper by @ephemeralidea & @nicebread303 - it’s so good. Each section could be its own paper (check out appendix E 🤯). One of the most impressive (and well-written) papers I’ve read in ages! Thanks for writing it!.

So great to finally meet @chrisdc77 in person, after so many years. And of course I’m not at all surprised that he’s just as wonderful in person. My career path would look very different if it weren’t for Chris, and I know I’m not alone.
