The DMK has not ideologically set out to establish a Christian Rashtra/Muslim Rashtra like the BJP. In a country where houses, businesses, and places of worship of minorities are destroyed for perverse joy, rallying behind secular forces becomes essential for minorities.
Hindu priests asking Hindus to vote for the BJP is communal. Christian pastors asking Christians and Muslims to vote for the DMK is secular. Mind it. 😀
