Jame’s voice has never sounded better than it did on this album, though.
I’ve always defended Load as far as Metallica albums go. Not the best but also not bad at all. I’m at the point in my project where I have to listen to Load repeatedly, though, and my enthusiasm is definitely less than it was for the first 4 albums.
