Oh the job is important and serious. For a lot of folks (maybe not on Twitter/generational wealth/no dependent) this is the only way for education, hospital, safety, home etc. So the job is serious.
Please don't let your corporate job stress you out because at the end of the day it's really not that serious.

Dear @amazonIN What’s this maze? When I try to replace, I see an error saying we cannot return. When I chat with your “smart” assistant it says you will need to get it repaired When I click on call customer support, it redirects me back to this page! Help please!

Massive respect for what Sridhar Vembu has achieved with Zoho. But this sounds/feels more like ‘Adopt homegrown solutions even though inferior because patriotism bro”
Sridhar Vembu has said that India should embark on a 10-year “National Mission for Tech Resilience” as a “Plan B” in case the U.S. or its platforms (like X, Instagram, ChatGPT, Facebook, Google Search) become inaccessible to India.

Have done this with a petrol vehicle and the only reason to never do it again is Hebbal flyover.
For a 4 day trip it's cheaper to drive down and park at the Bangalore airport than to take a taxi. Parking: 1650 EV Fuel Cost: 100-120. Honestly, I don't mind the hassle of driving up and down. Shall I do this?

Parents/relatives/friends when their near and dear ones move outside India.
NRI friends would not tell you “I missed yet another close friend’s wedding” or “missed the last rites of a close family member” or “Mom is not well back home and I’m worried” but sure they’ll def share cute pictures of parks and mountains on Instagram

Or just buy from the @thelayerproject 🤷🏽♂️
To each their own . But if you have to splurge on polo - buy a classic Ralph Lauren rather than this pretentious piece . Unless of course you want to look like property dealer from Karol Bagh .

There is a lesson in this. I used to be an Oracle DBA (9i/10g), then moved to MS Silverlight. Moved to a Presales role. Then switched to Marketing - EdTech followed by SaaS, VC and my own agency. Been told various names in diff interviews. Kinder folks called me as a
I feel like I came across as far more certain than I intended with this tweet. I am still figuring things out. Maybe I'll become a Product Manager or a DevRel, maybe I'll come back to marketing, but with a very strong tech understanding. Maybe I'll be a technical writer.

Goodhart's law The only way to beat this is culture.
Saw some articles around cities controlling AQI scores by using sprinkler near measuring stations Similar to how companies do with NPS scores ( by asking only customers without issues to fill it) When a metric becomes a target ( on which people are judged/incentivised) it
