IRONY ALERT: Shortly after I got back to having a functional computer, I was informed by a friend that she has ovarian cancer. Her insurance will pay for most of what is necessary, but certainly not all. She is asking for FAR less than she needs but if anyone has a few extra $?.

I maintain that if Star Wars Galaxies pre-CU with updated graphics, a few QoL updates, and more bug fixes existed today it would do well. With the ORIGINAL form of obtaining Jedi, of course.

Apparently the game is plagued with disconnect issues, cheaters, balance issues with PVP, some reports of Anti-cheat blocking Linux (unconfirmed), predatory monetization practices, and more but good combat mechanics. If this is only the start then I feel bad for the players.

Good to know some Game Devs still understand this. Trying to appeal to as many people as possible will inevitably lead to it appealing to virtually no one. Appealing to a large audience is good but trying to be everything means it will be nothing.

The EU initiative has crossed 1.25 million signatures! I think 250k is the current record for invalid signatures thrown out on other initiatives, so we MIGHT be safe, but I could see us breaking that record also. The more margin we get, the better!.

My first PC was a Commodore 64. I still have it and it still functions. First PC game I ever played was "Archon: The Light and the Dark". It released when I was 4 years old. I was hooked on gaming before I started Kindergarten which, in the early 80's, wasn't a common thing.

Yes, every team will need to have an EOL plan for every game. 'Tis true. What maintenance would be needed for an established plan let alone so much maintenance that would necessitate an entire team? What, do you think they would need to develop and rework the plan after every.
@SidAlpha in this case it is SORT OF right though, it will limit how games are made, every studio will have to have their own EOL plan for every game, and a team to maintain that plan until such a time that the game reaches EOL which will increase costs.

What risk? The risk that if there are no limitations on what platforms games are played on the Corpos might have to *gasp* rely on the quality of their hardware? In all seriousness, there is no harm being done to anyone by Helldivers 2 releasing on XBox. People need to unclench.
Maybe if . bear with me here. IF playstation Fanboys. actually Showed up to buy 1st Party games. this risk of them going to Xbox wouldn't be causing such meltdowns 😂 I wonder how many of the People moaning and crying actually bought Helldivers 2 🧐 😂.

Given his history? I'd wait for evidence. From what I have seen the vast majority of swatting attempts involving streamers happen WHILE they are streaming. Two common reasons for this:.1: To make sure they are home.2: To take sadistic glee in seeing things unfold in real time.

I have indeed and no you did not misread. source: This is @Ubisoft's EULA for ALL video games, software, and applications. They make NO distinction between physical media or digital.
@SidAlpha Hey Sid. Question. Have you seen the new EULA going around by Ubisoft? I was told there is a few others as well. That says something like 8. "Destroy your copy of the game" which may include physical ones. Or did i misread?.
