Well done to our 16 CFAVs that achieved their First aid at work qualification this weekend. An important skill for all to have, just in case! A big thanks to the CFATO and the trainers who delivered the up to date course, with lots of activities and opportunities to practice.

On behalf of the Commandant, we are extremely pleased to announce the promotion of 4 new Sergeant Instructors to the County. All 4 Instructors have recently completed their Advanced Induction Course (AIC) during this years Pandemic which is an amazing achievement! #virtualACF

It took time to develop and produce the body armour I once wore. There were downsides... it was heavy, uncomfortable and gave me heat rash. The bullet that it would have stopped never came but I was glad I wore it. The Covid vaccine works the same way. Get vaccinated. #COVID19
