A lot of people are pushing this narrative to try and defend the agents, but it’s nonsense. Here’s how we know there was NOT a mistaken misfire: 1) We see the gun in the agents hand, it visibly does not misfire. 2) If you listen to the audio, the first time we HEAR any gunshot
Holy shit, could this have caused the shot leading agents to believe he fired on them? Is it possible when Agent yells 'gun gun' and grabs it, Sig discharges due to defect, other agents think dude is shooting?
