Communities ranked socially higher ranked so coz they have the capacity to benefit the society as a whole. As long as Harijans don't build that capacity,reservations wont go.

एका क्षुद्र कबुतरासाठी महाराष्ट्राचे मुख्यमंत्री झुकतात हे वाचून खूप वाईट वाटते.
इथून पुढे महाराष्ट्रातील समस्या सोडवायच्या असतील लोढाला टॅग करा. एकट्याने मुख्यमंत्र्यांना झुकवले ते पण कबुतरासाठी!.लोढा साहेब, ट्रॅफिक, खाजगी शाळेतील प्रचंड फी, चांगले रस्ते यावर पण आवाज उठवा की. शाळेची फी कमी झाली की कबुतरासाठी लावलेले सोसायटीतील सगळ्या जाळ्या काढतो.
