- JOURNAL EVERYTHING : A journal is a record that helps you keep track of your progress and results. It can help you to review yourself, find & correct mistakes, and make you better as a trader. Journal everything you do.

- PRESERVE CAPITAL : Capital is the main tool in this game. So it has to be kept secured. Preserve your Capital by managing risks and keeping risks controlled.

- CREATE RULES : Create rules for everything and make it fixed. Sticking to it is discipline and deviating from it is indiscipline. Stick to your rules.

- STICK TO ONE STRATEGY : Don’t complicate things. Stop trying to learn multiple strategies at once. Pick one and stick to it.
