PROJECT 11.9….. We have 4 girls that run between 12.4-12.5 in the 100 meter. The goal this track season is to have “ALL” 4 girls break 11.9‼️ Can we do it⁉️⁉️⁉️ Follow their progression from off-season training, indoor track season and outdoor track season‼️ Stay Tuned…..

I had the opportunity to hear Olympic Silver medalist (110 Hurdles) & GA native @trammell110 at the #ncca Coaches Clinic. He was the gold standard for all the hurdlers in our area when I was in High School and inspired me to do hurdles
