Alvy Early was a Hall of Fame mentor in softball & basketball, but a great person more importantly. He left an incredible mark on the Arkansas sports scene and on the lives of all he coached. His legacy lives on in them! Our condolences to his family, his players and @UAMsports.
We've lost a legend this morning. Alvy Early, a great coach and a better friend, died early this morning. Our prayers go out to his wife, Nancy, his sons, Preston, Brian and Kent, and their families. We'll miss you coach. You were one of a kind.
