I reviewed Sandipto Dasgupta's Legalizing the Revolution for @SLR_NLSIU. Glad to have this review alongside some fascinating articles in this volume of the Socio-Legal Review.
Vol. 20(1) ends with a Book Review of Sandipto Dasgupta's Legalizing the Revolution (2024) by Shaunna Rodrigues. She evaluates Dasgupta’s methodological use of political theory and situates the book within the current crisis of constitutionalism in India.
