(7/n). The last bit of INR one lac rupees will cost registration of the property, registration of the Hub and property transfer fees. If I could save anything, I would purchase at least one month's cat food and ration. See, envisioning this is not easy.

(6/n). If you have read here, you will understand that the total cost of developing the second floor, the interior and the electrical work will cost another INR five lacs and four lacs, respectively, which makes a total of INR 29,00,000 lacs!.

(5/n). There will be three wardrobes, six beds (ready-made), a false ceiling, and bookshelves. Anything is not cheap; things cost, and it is a heart-wrenching amount.

(4/n).Besides this, the interior, bed, refrigerator, air conditioning, fans, tube lights, and other electrical equipment such as a geyser, electric gas stove, and LPG gas stove will cost another four lakh rupees. Please do not wonder why four lakh rupees! The division is as such-.

(3/n). The place where the HijraHub will be set up is a one-story building, and I plan to extend it to the second floor, so it will give me a chance to provide access to more people. And to develop an extra floor, I will need five lakh rupees.

(2/n). This home will not only support the Hijra people but also provide them with a chance to work with me to rescue local cats. The place that I wish to buy costs INR 20,00,000 lacs. Please stay with me and hear about every penny I will utilise from USD 35,000!.
