I love that the NYT holds itself up as the epitome of worldly sophistication but, in this instance, pretends that a trip to Uganda -- one that could easily take a whole day of flying -- is like driving to the Hamptons. HOW DARE HE TAKE TEN WHOLE DAYS!.

The NYT is definitely doing everything it can to undercut Mamdani's campaign -- it writes as if HE absconded on his duties as mayor while, oh, no, poor ERIC ADAMS -- the actual mayor -- "stepped in as the crisis manager." Fools, that's HIS JOB.

That NYT story about ZM is garabage: "pulled away," as if he physically distanced himself, Cuomo's point about a TWO-WEEK vacation in UGANDA (right, because it's just a hopskipjump away!), making it seem like ZM was away from mayoral duties. Not linking to this shite.
