En 2000, Paul Kelly devenait le premier directeur de l'IFR Necker. Beaucoup de technicien(ne)s et ingénieur(e)s des plateformes actuelles de la SFR Necker lui doivent beaucoup. Quatre ans après sa disparition, nous n'oublions pas tout ce qu'il a fait pour le campus Necker.
