I wish more founders would use this as an opportunity to slow down and reflect. Leadership is hard. Take the time to have honest conversations with your team on how you can be a better leader. Get a leadership coach. See a therapist. Learn to be more mindful. Journal.

Some founders have great people, but ego won't let them delegate authority & responsibilities. For some founders, it is because they have something to hide!!!!

Don't ignore vital signs that a prospective employer shows during interview. Ask them to name one or two people, who have held the position in the past, so you can talk to them. If they can ask you for recommendation, you can ask them too! #horribleboss

The signs of toxicity are always there, even from the interview stage; the challenge is, most of us ignore them #horribleboss #horriblebosses

Pushing hard does not mean shouting at people and being verbally abusive. Please let us hear word...

satan's most potent weapon isn't adversity but distraction. He knows whoever solely focuses on a set objective with his mind latched unto it in prayer will soon find the methods and people to get that thing done. Clarify the objective, prioritise it and then pray for the steps.

Most times they're going through "deep stuff" and it's only a pity that you're the object through which they can release their tensions. Be strong #BeingaBoss

You might get a replacement, but it'll only be 2 months before the position becomes vacant again. Dear Assistant, I want to encourage you to become more compassionate towards your bosses.

Your company will become a No-go territory for talents. I know of more than 10 in this quagmire. They keep changing EAs every 3 months, why? The bosses are extremely abusive with words and difficult to work with

I encourage C-suite executives to do better, You won't get the best out of your Assistant if you don't lovingly give them access to you

You'd be at home, and when you make a sincere mistake, a voice will remind you of the negative but false things you've been told about yourself. The brain does not know what is right from wrong, it accepts the information you give it consistently

Words like "You're a dog, You can't amount to anything...." Another Executive uses the F-word. It is sad! Being in this kind of environment steals your self esteem.
