Gameday Primer 🏈 @LCWolvesFball Kids sit for hours. Get them moving. Today we went strides,upper and lower mobility stations, and pogos on the ladder. Workout is to get them moving explosively/fast in different planes. Low volume and a lot of rest

Underrated Oly Variation Single Arm DB Split Jerk ✅ Power ✅ Stability ✅ Coordination -Also a fast learning curve. I prefer these over the LM variation for our athletes. Saw @CoachPJackson using these awhile back and I like them more every time we use them.
