$OSCR I am trying to get an understanding of Free Cash Flows for Oscar and the impact the risk adj. transfer payable of 2.7B$ they currently have as of June 2025 on their FCF going forward in following quarters. Does this mean their FCF will drop in a major way in Q3 and Q4 ?
