Tunisia 🇹🇳 is fabulous!. A cultural & historic melting pot, captured by this inscription in Arabic & French at the Cathedral of St Louis, Byrsa Hill, the seat of Carthage. Indeed, perhaps in life, we would each find every day a new marvel that we had not noticed before. 💖

BTW TMB which is used to identify MMRd cases for ICI, has poor specificity, often calling samples with other signatures as TMB high. Consistent in several cohorts. Using signatures gives much greater specificity for clinical classification. 11/n

And we see a bucketload of MMRD and polymerase dysfunction signatures and combined ones too. Not just one signature (as in COSMIC ID7). 9/n.
