Yesterday was such an Incredible day celebrating the 20th year of Nowruz at San Francisco City Hall. Thank you to SF Mayor @DanielLurie for joining us in this celebration of recognizing the culture & heritage of our community 🌱.
Today, we celebrated Nowruz, marking the Persian New Year with a beautiful Haft-Sin display. Nowruz, meaning “New Day,” welcomes the arrival of spring, a time of renewal and fresh beginnings. It is a new day in San Francisco, and there’s so much to look forward to in our future.

At this point, I had no way to track the ride or confirm where we were going, which was unsettling. Thankfully, he did drop me off at the airport, but then he forced me to pay through his taxi app—which charged me $10 more than the original Uber fare.

I double-checked the app, and his profile photo matched the taxi car, so I assumed it was fine. However, while we were already on the freeway, I suddenly received a notification that my Uber ride was still at my hotel with a newly assigned driver!.
