An #InternationalWomensDay thread 🇨🇦💕 Throughout history, women have played a vital part in "guns". Today, we see more women than ever before entering the shooting sports or taking up hunting. Gone are the days where women were dependant on men to protect them and feed them.

On this #internationalwomensday, a big shout out to a big voice in #SECU, Olympic Shooter @Cdnshootingstar and all women who make up a big part of the Canadian Shooting Sports' community of diversity and inclusivity. Women are not the future of the sport. They are the now.

And, if @PamDamoff believes that ranges can still import handguns, she may want to educate herself on her own party’s bill because that’s a lie. @range519 can not import handguns. We have checked. It just shows why #C21 needs to be scrapped.

Watching @PamDamoff’s disdain and hatred for the Canadian Shooting Sports Community while speaking with @Cdnshootingstar at #SECU and acting like a small number of individuals are effected by #C21 is truly disgusting.

CSAAA has spoke in more than 30 meetings with government officials over the past few months regarding the implications of Bill C-21. There are far-reaching effects, in situations of wildlife control, sustenance hunting, our economy and even as far as the police and military.
