Really pleased to complete 20 years of my nursing career with same hospital ,same https://t.co/RU2aRZR9e1 Nursing journey from Band 5 to a Band 8 was incredible!!!! But never an easy one!! I thank everyone for being part of my professional journey especially my patients🥰

Very well organised day for my Nurses. Had breakfast buffet and a grand party with traditional meals cooked by all my staff. Its my privilege to appreciate staff with a note of “THANK YOU”. Well done my team..NB; A Special note to Idris( Dr. Marian’s Son) for making a nice card.

This year recognising and treating Delirium has been more important than ever before.. hoping to be able to share what we have learnt about with other teams soon so we can make improvements for the most vulnerable patients #ImprovingDeliriumCare
This year for #WorldDeliriumDay2021 we concentrated on training staff in assessment and management of Delirium and completion of the #4at we hope this will improve our ability to improve our patients outcomes.. Great Work @SeemaSimon10 💫
