It is with great sadness that we have to inform you of the passing of Trevor Green. A true stalwart and supporter of the Club, he will be sorely missed. One of the World’s true gentlemen. Our deepest sympathies go to Norma and family at this very sad time.

Tomrorow 3s with 3 games left sit top of Sunday division 1 but it’s very tight! We travel to Bolton Indians tomorrow before hosting South west Manchester and Bolton Indians again next weekend to finish off the season. Good luck to Blingers and his team 💚

Last games of the season for 1s and 2s 1s travel to Friarmere aiming to finish the season with 5 straight wins and confirm a top half finish to go along with a cup final appearance. 2s needing a win to secure safety as we host Woodley 2s. Good luck to both teams 💚🐀

We’re delighted to announce that we have agreed to re sign our current South African overseas Muhammad Ahsan Khan for the 2025 season. Ahsan one of the quickest bowlers in our division officially with 61 wickets in all competitions.

Yesterday wasn’t the result we wanted but a fantastic cup run nonetheless. Congratulations to Royton on their cup victory. Massive thank you to @dcc1870 for putting on an excellent day. Great to see a lot of people down supporting from both sides.

Summer camp done for another year! 67 children yesterday and 63 today. Thank you to OMBC HAF programme for the support for the Glodwick CC summer camp and enabling us to provide the 2 days free of charge. Also a huge thanks to Valerie, Chal and Julie for providing us with dinner

Whilst it would be great to win all 4 games, let’s remember Richard’s mantra. You give all you can, you do not give the opposition an inch and you do not leave any ‘what ifs’ on the pitch Richard we love you, we miss you and tomorrow we will do our best to make you proud.

. Whilst the Tour Team plays two T20s against Sparsholt CC, there are two further big games taking place on the same day. The 1XI play a Cup Semi Final at home against Stayley whilst the 3XI play Springhead at their place.

Tomorrow is the anniversary of the death of a great Man and a legend of our Club - Richard Connolly. Ironically it is also the day we go on our 33rd Tour, a week Richard loved with a passion and, in the weeks leading up to it, he would get more and more giddy.
