This is absolutely spot on and the same with coaching Go into any primary classroom and the kid that fucks around the most will have the most stars/house points/rewards. Just ignore them Parents need to start parenting
Schools spend hours trying to “reach” the kid who openly doesn’t care, while the kid who tries every day quietly gets ignored. We’re exhausting ourselves chasing resistance instead of investing in effort.
