The older I get, the more I realise how important it is to show up for people. We all have a thousand things to do, busy and weighed down, so it means so much more when the people you love take time to show you they love you. I really treasure it.

The BEST thing I learned this year was how to still enjoy my life during my storms. As long as we have life we will have problems. My entire world can be in chaos & I'll still try to find a reason to laugh and smile.
